Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services (IL&FS) is planning to pick up 20 per cent in the Coimbatore bypass project in Tamil Nadu.
The stake will be routed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Consolidated Toll Network India. At present, the project is completely owned by conglomerate Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
