iMedia Ventures to invest $ 10 million in Compact Disc India

iMedia Ventures Ltd, content developer to the world's largest media houses and a pioneer in digital entertainment has offered to invest $10 million the expansion projects of Compact Disc India Ltd (CDI).

The company having presence in 28 countries has been associated with CDI for the last 6 years.

This debt has been offered at 2.5 percent per annum over LIBOR inclusive of withholding tax or other applicable taxes for a period upto 10 years.

iMedia Ventures has also shown keen interest in buying 15 percent equity in CDI.

Both the offers will be considered in the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the company to be held during the third week of October, 2008.
