India Infoline to issue 26 lakh pref warrants

The board of directors of India Infoline, which met today, approved a proposal to issue 26 lakh equity warrants.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, Nirmal Jain would be alloted 15,20, 731 warrants. "While Madhu Jain would be issued 4,89,767 warrants, R Venkataraman would be issued 5,89,502 warrants," the release added.

The release, however, did not mention any price/conversion price of the warrants.
