Indiabulls Real Estate has posted a net profit of Rs 76.61 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2010 as against Rs 2.76 crore for the same period last year.
Net sales of the company stood at Rs 399 crore as against Rs 37.46 crore for the corresponding third quarter last year. Other income for the company dropped to Rs 18.18 crore for the given quarter as against Rs 48 crore last year.
The company spent a total of Rs 284.07 crore as against Rs 72.86 crore for the third quarter last year.
