Indiabulls Securities Q1 Net more than double at Rs 21 cr

The company's net profit stood at Rs 9.82 crore for the corresponding period a year ago

Indiabulls Securities today said its consolidated net profit more than doubled to Rs 21.42 crore in the first quarter ended June 30, 2013.
 
The company's net profit stood at Rs 9.82 crore for the corresponding period a year ago.
 
Total income from operations during April-June quarter of 2013-14 rose to Rs 63.13 crore, up from Rs 41.23 crore in the corresponding period of 2012-13.
 
On standalone basis, net profit stood at Rs 17.55 crore in the first quarter, up from Rs 7.70 crore a year ago.
 
Total standalone income from operations was at Rs 19.14 crore, down from Rs 27.84 crore in the previous fiscal.
 
 
Shares of the company today closed at Rs 12.56 apiece on the BSE, up 1.37% from the previous close.
