Indiabulls unit wins Rs 450cr land deal in Delhi

Kenneth Builders & Developers, a 50:50 venture of a subsidiary of Indiabulls Infrastructure and a wholly-owned subsidiary of DLF Universal, has won the auction of 35.8 acres of residential land located in South Delhi for a consideration of Rs 450.01 crore.

According to a release issued by Indiabulls Financials to the BSE today, the open auction was carried out by Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
