Indian Hotels net loss widens 82% in Q1 to Rs 35 cr

However, net sales increased marginally to Rs 937 cr

Tata Group-promoted Indian Hotels today posted 82% increase in consolidated net loss to Rs 34.82 crore for the quarter ended June 30, as against a loss of Rs 19.09 crore posted in the same quarter a year earlier.

Net consolidated sales of the Mumbai-based company, which operates the Taj brand saw an increase of 3% to Rs 937.46 crore during the reporting quarter as against Rs 908.70 crore posted in the same quarter last year.
