Indu Projects Limited (IPL), a city-based infrastructure company, has launched 'Indu Aranya', an integrated township being built at a cost of over Rs 600 crore.

According to IPL managing director and chief executive officer, I Syam Prasad Reddy, the project comprising 270 independent houses and 950 apartments will be completed in a period of 30 months. The total built-up area will be 2 million square feet.

Conceived on the concept of 'living close to nature,' Reddy said Indu Aranya would have amenities such as a club house, meditation centre, lawns, children's play area and an open air theatre. The gated township is being built over a 50-acre land adjacent to the National Deer Park on the eastern side of the city.

"We believe that a house is more than just the four walls and a roof. It's about security, identity, family," Reddy told mediapersons.
