Infotech Enterprises net marginally up

Hyderabad-based IT firm Infotech Enterprises, reported consolidated net profit grew marginally by 0.25% for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007 at Rs 20.05 crore from Rs 20 crore registered in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

Revenue of the company for the quarter at Rs 182.20 crore was up 27.4% as compared to Rs 143.06 crore for the same quarter last fiscal.

B V R Mohan Reddy, chairman and managing director, Infotech Enterprises, said, "Our diversified revenue portfolio, both in currencies and geographies, makes us believe that the operating margins are not likely to be impacted any further, barring dramatic currency movement. I am delighted to bring to your attention that the total income in the first nine months of this fiscal has crossed the Rs 500 crore threshold."
