Infrastructure company NCC Limited's net profit increased to Rs 52 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015, as against a net of Rs 2.91 crore in the corresponding period previous fiscal.
The growth was supported by around nine per cent rise in the March quarter turnover to Rs 2,488 crore, up from Rs 2,288 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
For the full financial year 2014-15, turnover grew 27 per cent to Rs 9,513 crore, as against Rs 7,463 crore in the year-ago fiscal. During the year, the company had secured new orders worth Rs 7,381 crore, taking the total order book to Rs 19,323 crore at the end of the last fiscal.
The board of directors has recommended an equity dividend of 20 per cent on the paid-up capital of Rs 111.19 crore.
