IT firm Infosys Technologies today said it has implemented its core banking solution, Finacle, in Bank Chinatrust Indonesia.
"Replacing the bank's legacy system, Finacle now drives operations across 13 branches," Infosys said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The bank is now empowered with a unified view of customers and seamless integration across its channels, it said.
"This new platform will also enable us to unify disparate systems, reduced turnaround times and empower staff to radically improve our service," Chinatrust Commercial Bank Head of Global Retail Operations and IT Derek Lo said.
Shares of Infosys Technologies were trading at Rs 2,751.50 on the BSE, up 0.71% from the previous close.
