Insurers Favour Hike In Foreign Equity Cap In Jvs

On the eve of the international conference on insurance being hosted by it, the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci) today released a survey which concluded that an overwhelming majority of 70 per cent of the domestic insurers favoured a hike in foreign investment limit in the sector from the existing 26 per cent to 49 per cent.
