Ipca Labs buys Wyeth brand Isordil

Ipca Laboratories has acquired all the rights, title, interest and goodwill in Isordil from Wyeth.

According to a release issued by Ipca to the BSE today, the company can market the product in the geographical territories of India & Nepal.

"Isordil is a well-known brand in the cardiovascular segment and contains isosorbide dinitrate as its active ingredient. The company has plans to launch line extensions of the product," the release added.
