Steel major Ispat Industries today said its promoters have pledged 29.98 stake of the company for an undisclosed amount.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said 17 promoters have pledged 29.98 per cent stake of the company comprising 36.65 crore shares.
Ispat Steel Holdings has pledged over 15.43 crore shares representing 12.63 per cent stake, Goldline Tracom has pledged over five crore shares representing 4.56 per cent stake and Kartik Credit has pledged over 2.8 crore shares representing 2.33 per cent stake of the company, the filing added.
Further, the 12 promoters have pledged over 10.46 per cent stake of the company, while two of the promoters have pledged their all shares representing negligible percentage in the company, it added.
