For Bangalore-based information technology major Infosys, 2015 will be an action-packed year. The company will not only get a new chief executive officer (CEO) but also have a revamped board of directors.
These exits will lead the company to have a non-founder CEO and a board that has none of its founder members, for the first time since inception.
N R N Murthy, executive chairman, on Wednesday said the company would see some more exists in addition to that of current CEO Shibulal. “Shibulal retires in March 2015. We will ensure that there is a suitable person to replace him. We have had changes in the internal board of directors. You will see some more changes till then. Kris Gopalakrishnan will leave in April 2015, Srinath Batni by November 2014 and Omkar Goswami by December 2015,” said Murthy at an investor meet organised by Deutsche Bank.
