The name of IVR Prime Urban Developers Limited, the publicly-listed real estate subsidiary of city-based infrastructure major IVR Infrastructures and Projects Limited, has been changed to IVRCL Assets & Holdings Limited with effect from March 31, 2010.
This is consequent to the sanctioned scheme of amalgamation of IVR Strategic Resources and Services Limited IVRCL Water Infrastructures Limited with IVR Prime so as to reflect the true nature of activities of the company, it said in a filing to the BSE on Thursday.
