IVR Prime Urban Developers today said it has raised Rs 63 crore by selling land near Pune and Chennai.
The company has sold 87.52 acres of land near Loanavala and 28 acres of land near Chennai, IVR Prime Urban said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has infrastructure assets in water, highways, oil & gas and logistics apart from real estate projects, the filing added.
