IVRCL bags Rs 71 crore order

IVRCL Infrastructure and Projects has bagged a Rs 71-crore order for the execution of NCD-1 package of Narmada canal distribution network for Rajkot district water supply scheme.

The order is slated to be executed in five months. The project involves procurement, supply and laying of 32,300 RMT of MS pipes, 1.37 lakh RMT of DI pipes and 6.73 lakh RMT of PVC pipes besides construction of three water treatment plants and pump houses .

Last week, the company bagged Rs 156 crore worth contract from Konkan Railway Corporation for the construction of seven broad gauge single line tunnels on Katra-Laole section of the Udhampur -Srinagar -Baramulla Rail Link project in Jammu & Kashmir. It involves construction of seven tunnels of different lengths totalling 6.64 km.
