IVRCL Q4 dips 25% to Rs 158 cr

IVRCL Limited, a Hyderabad-based engineering and construction company, reported a 25% dip in its net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2011, at Rs 158 crore as against Rs 211.31 crore reported for the corresponding period a year ago.

Income from operations grew 9% to Rs 2,056.57 crore from Rs 1,887.68 crore in the same period of the previous year.

The company posted a consolidated turnover of Rs 6,822.27 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2011, as against Rs 5,826.83 crore in the previous year, an increase of 17%.

The board of directors have declared a dividend of 30%, 60 paise per share of Rs 2 each.
