Jaypee Infratech IPO to open on April 29

The initial public offering of infra developer Jaypee Infratech will open for subscription on April 29.

The public issue will close on May 4, the company sources said today.

The company is coming out with its IPO with an issue size of six crore equity shares of Rs 10 each.

Jaypee Infratech is promoted by Jaiprakash Associates and is part of Jaypee Group--infrastructure conglomerate which also has presence in engineering, power, cement, hospitality and real estate.
    
Jaypee Infratech was incorporated as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for implementation of 165 km long 6-lane Yamuna Expressway connecting Noida and Agra in Uttar Pradesh.
    
Morgan Stanley India Company, DSP Merrill Lynch, Axis Bank, Enam Securities, ICICI Securities, IDFC Capital, JM Financial Consultants, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company and SBI Capital Markets are book running lead managers to the issue.
