JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals today said that one of its promoters has pledged 0.04 per cent stake of the company.
The company in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that one of the promoter group has pledged 38,000 shares, representing 0.04 per cent of the company.
Further, the company informed that "steps have been taken for release of the said pledged shares and such release is expected this month".
