Private carrier Jet Airways has joined hands with Kerala Tourism to offer travel packages to customers visiting the south Indian state amid ongoing holiday season.

Under the initiative, Jet2Kerala packages would be offered to travellers catering various price points, the carrier said in a statement today.

Travellers can also choose from a range of accommodation options which ranges from luxury properties to budget hotels and houseboats. Travelers can book these packages through Kerala Tourism's website or through travel agents.

"Jet Airways has always sought to promote tourism both internationally as well as within India. We are confident that the compelling value proposition on offer will spur more travellers to visit Kerala this year," Jet Airways Chief Commercial Officer Sudheer Raghavan said.

"With Jet2Kerala, we are delivering a product, whereby Kerala is more within the reach of the domestic traveler," Kerala's Tourism Secretary Venu V said.

Jet Airways, together with its all-economy entity JetLite, connect Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Kozhikode in Kerala with various parts of the country.
