Jet Q2 net profit at Rs 28cr, income up 26%

Jet Airways, India's largest private carrier,  has posted a net profit of Rs 28.36 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2007 when compared with a net loss of Rs 55.13 crore in Q2FY07.

Total income increased 26%  to Rs 2,254.17 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 from Rs 1,787.33 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
