Jindal Saw appoints Neeraj Kumar as Group CEO

Prior to joining Jindal Saw, Kumar was working as MD & CEO of ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd

Pipe solutions major Jindal Saw today said it has appointed Neeraj Kumar as its new Group Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director.

"Prior to joining Jindal Saw, Kumar was working as MD & CEO of ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd (OAIS), a joint venture company of Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS)," the company, part of OP Jindal Group said in a statement.

Kumar, who had earlier worked with Jindal Saw as Director (Finance) & CFO has been associated with large Indian business houses, top multinationals and financial institutions across core infrastructure, commodity, service and financial sectors in the past.
 
An MBA in Finance & International Finance, Kumar has represented private sector companies at Euro Money and CLSA Global & Asia conferences.

Jindal SAW Ltd is a part of $16.5-billion O P Jindal Group, the fourth largest industrial house in India. With global footprint, it has been providing total pipe solutions to the industry.
