Jindal Saw, an OP Jindal group company, today said it has bagged orders worth over Rs 600 crore from domestic and overseas markets for supply of pipes, used for transportation of oil and gas.
"Jindal Saw announces the receipt of orders/letter of awards aggregating to more than Rs 600 crore for supply of large diameter pipes for domestic and export markets. The major order is from South-east Asia market," the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
With these contracts, the total order book of the company stands at about Rs 4,000 crore, it added.
Jindal Saw is a leading production hub of Saw pipes, primarily used for transportation of oil and gas besides producing pipes for energy and other sectors.
