Bharat Forge net dips 7.79% |
Auto component maker Bharat Forge today reported 7.79 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 70.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 76.95 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. |
However, the total income of the group increased 6 per cent to Rs 1,099.43 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 from Rs 1,037.09 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. |
The company reported 7.62 per cent fall in standalone net profit at Rs 58.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 62.97 crore for the same period last year. |
Glenmark Q3 profit jumps 48% |
Milestone payments through drug outlicensing and US generics business powered the Mumbai based Glenmark Pharmaceuticals to post a profit of Rs 280 crore for the third quarter of 2007-08, a jump of 48 per cent compared to Rs 188.9 crore posted in the corresponding period during last year. |
Consolidated revenues increased by 53.55 per cent to Rs 685 crore in Q3 FY08, against Rs 446.1 crore for the third quarter of the previous year. |
