Jindal Stainless PAT down 55%

Jindal Stainless has posted a net profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 50.6 crore for the quarter ended December 2007, down 55% compared to the Rs 113 crore reported during the previous fiscal.

Total income has decreased by 5.85% from Rs 1451.3 crore for the quarter ended December 2006 to Rs 1366.3 crore for the quarter ended December 2007.
