Hyderabad-based on-line interior designing and home decor startup Foyr has raised funding from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) India's newly launched real estate technology investment vertical announced on Monday.

JLL announced the new vertical's maiden investment into Foyr on this occasion. However, the firm did disclose the other details of its investment including the amount of funding or the stake being offered in the start-up.

"Foyr's unique technology has global appeal, and the advancements they have made in AR/VR are globally competitive and scalable,"said Anuj Puri, chairman and country head of JLL India.

The company considers Foyr as a cutting-edge technology platform for visualising real estate spaces. Foyr's patent pending technology offers developers the ability to market their developments and allows customisation of interiors on the fly, according to the company.

Prior to the fresh funding, Foyr had received close to $ 1 million from Astarc Ventures. It was started by IIT-Delhi alumni Shailesh Goswami, who had earlier worked as senior director at Microsoft before starting JBR Interio Technologies Private Limited.
