JMC Projects 2:5 rights at Rs 60/shr

The board of directors of JMC Projects (India), which met today, has approved an issue of 46,46,550 equity shares on rights basis in the ratio of 2:5 i.e. issue of two rights shares for every five shares held.

According to a release issued by JMC Projevts to the BSE today, the rights share will be issued at Rs 60 per equity share.
