The screening of the movie has been also withdrawn from one theatre in Vadodara, while security has been tightened in two others theatres in Vadodara and multiplexes in Ahmedabad. Sources said that Gujarat police have been kept on high alert following the blasts in Delhi. |
Yogesh Oza, manager of Relief theatre told Business Standard, "All the shows of the film have been cancelled." |
According to police officials, extra staff has been posted at cinema theatres and security measures has been tightened in the entire city especially around theatres and multiplexes. |
Daxesh Amin, manager of City Gold said: "As a precautionary measure, we have cancelled all the shows of the movie. The security arrangement has been tightened around the multiplex." |
Neeraj Ahuja, manager of Wide Angle commenting on removal of the Jo Bole So Nihal said, "All the multiplex owners has decided to remove the film as a precautionary measures. In fact, city police is also doing patrolling last night around the multiplex." |
Meanwhile, a theatre in Mumbai on Sunday night decided to withdraw screening of the film. |
