Jodhpur to get two luxury hotels

Real estate firm Parsvnath Developers today said it will construct two luxury hotels in its 110.4-acre township in Jodhpur.
 
"The company has proposed to construct two luxury hotels, a five star and a three star, consisting of about 250 and 225 rooms respectively in the Jodhpur township," the Delhi-based real estate developer said.
 
The company, however, declined to give any further details about investment or management of the hotels saying "it is at initial stage and we are in talks with some domestic and global players."
 
The company has also offered villas of sizes 1,800 sq ft, 2,250 sq ft and 2,700 sq ft as part of the township in the first phase.
 
"In view of the extensive economic development around the city, we are building a 110.4-acre mega township ""Parsvnath City "" in Jodhpur, where the luxury hotels and exquisite villas are an integral part," the company said.
 
"Parsvnath Royale Villas are being designed to bring in a fusion between the traditional architectural layouts which the city is famous for, and requirements of modern living," Parsvnath Chairman Pradeep Jain said.
 
Apart from independent villas and hotels, the project would also offer floors, plots, shopping mall and exclusive club.
 
The company said the project would be completed in three years, whereas, the villas would be ready for occupancy in the next 24 months.
 
Parsvnath has its presence in other cities of Rajasthan, including Jaipur and Bhiwadi, where it is developing residential projects.
 
The company has recently launched townships in Indore, Dharuhera, Panchkula and Chandigarh.
