Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), an integrated global real estate services and money management firm, and privately held real estate services company Trammell Crow Meghraj (TCM) have merged to form Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj.

The combined entity will have 44 million square feet under management across India and have its India head office in New Delhi.

JLL, with a 2006 revenue of over $2 billion, provides real estate and investment management expertise to owner, occupier and investor clients, and has a portfolio of over 1 billion square feet under management globally.

TCM is part of the Meghraj Group and is involved in private financial services in UK, with other diverse business interests.

The merger enables JLL, which has an integrated global platform with about 160 offices in over 450 cities in 50 countries, to immediately scale up its operations in India, and strengthen its depth of resources in the local market.

Both JLL and TCM
