JP Mobile acquires PDA Defense product

JP Mobile, a leading provider of enterprise mobility software and the parent of JP Mobile India Limited, has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the PDA Defense product from Asynchrony Solutions Inc, a leading provider of collaboration, communication and security solutions.

The acquisition adds yet another incremental differentiator to JP Mobile's SureWave product line and one that will grow with the enterprise market.

JP Mobile will rebrand the product as SureWave Mobile Defense. This acquisition positions the SureWave Mobile Defense product as the industry standard in mobile device data security and provides multi-layered security for Microsoft Windows mobile, Palm, symbian and research in motion devices.

JP Mobile will be launching three new editions of the SureWave Mobile Defense product "� all of which will have the core PDA Defense device security features.
