Navin Jindal-controlled Jindal Steel and Power (JSPL) Executive Director A K Mukherji today said he has put in his papers for personal reasons.
"I have resigned due to personal reasons. I want to take a break after putting 42 years of service," Mukherji told PTI here today.
Mukherji, who was in charge of JSPL's Raigarh plant, joined the group in 2005.
JSPL is currently undertaking expansion of the Raigarh plant at an estimated cost of Rs 10,000 crore with the aim of doubling annual capacity to around 6 million tonnes.
