Internet search provider Justdial's three officials have sold 4,506 shares for an estimated Rs 76.33 lakh through the open market route.
According to a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges, Sandipan Chattopadhyay, who is the Chief Technology Officer with the company sold 350 and 456 shares for Rs 1,677.44 and Rs 1,729.87 apiece respectively on March 5 and 6.
Koora Srinivas, who is Deputy Chief Financial Officer, offloaded 2,750 and 450 scrips for a sell value of Rs 1,673.35 and Rs 1,755.36, respectively in the last two days, the filing said.

The trading was executed on NSE and it was intimidated to the company of March 6, it said.
Justdial, which started offering local search services in 1996, has addressed 364 million search requests across platforms at the end of March 31, 2013, information available on its website said.
The company said the search service is available to users across multiple platforms, such as the Internet, mobile Internet, over the telephone (voice) and text (SMS).
"Justdial Apps are available for the Android, Blackberry and iOS platforms and have location based service for the mobile Internet users," it added.
The company lists SAIF Partners, Sequoia Capital, Tiger Global, EGCS and SAP Ventures as its investors.
