FMCG firm Jyothy Laboratories today reported a 24.92 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 16.84 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2009, as compared to the same quarter year ago.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 13.48 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2008, the company said in a statement.
During the quarter under consideration, the company's net sales grew by over 13.55 per cent to Rs 135.3 crore as compared to Rs 119.2 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
