K Sera Sera incorporates unit in Singapore

K Sera Sera Productions has incorporated a 100% subsidiary in Singapore - K Sera Sera Singapore.

According to a release issued by K Sera Sera to the BSE today, the Singapore subsidiary was incorporated on October 4.

"The Singapore subsidiary will carry out the activities of film or TV pre-production, production, post-production, distribution, and rights management," the release added.
