		</script> </DIV><p class='TableClas'>United Spirits had filed a petition regarding this. The scheme of amalgamation is now pending sanction of Calcutta High Court and Bombay High Court in respect of Shaw Wallace &amp; Company and Primo Distributors, respectively.</P>
</p><p class='TableClas'>The company's shares traded at Rs 1,533.50, down 1.4 per cent, on the Bombay Stock Exchange at IST 1110. </P></p></table>
