Global engineering, procurement and construction company Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has bagged orders worth Rs 604 crore, primarily from the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL).
"The company has secured orders for supply and erection of two projects consisting 765 KV D/C transmission lines of 249 km worth Rs 571 crore from PGCIL," Kalpataru Power Transmission said in a statement.
Besides, the company also secured an order for supply and erection of 400KV S/C transmission line of around 36 km worth Rs 33 crore from a private company, it added.
The details of the private company where it had bagged the second project was not revealed.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 91.60 a piece, up by 3.21% over the previous close.
