Kalpataru Power Transmission expands facility at Chhattisgarh

The new plant has annual installed capacity of 55,000 million tonnes of both fabrication and galvanising plant

Kalpataru Power Transmission today said its new facility at Chhattisgarh has begun operations and expanded manufacturing capacity to over 160,000 million tonnes.

"Kalpataru Power Transmission, engaged in engineering, procurement and construction of power plants, has expanded the transmission tower manufacturing capacity of its plant at Raipur in Chhattisgarh to 160,000 million tonnes," an official statement said.

The new plant has annual installed capacity of 55,000 million tonnes of both fabrication and galvanising plant (coating machinery with zinc).

"This would help us to achieve our aim of sustained profitable growth," said Ranjit Singh, Managing Director, Kalpataru Power Transmission.

Kalpataru Power Transmission is engaged in power transmission and distribution, oil & gas pipline, railways, infrastructure development, etc.
