KarROX Tech to develop talent pool in India

Software education firm KarROX Technologies is partnering with global IT majors like IBM, Oracle and CompTIA to develop talent pool in Indian infrastructure management and software service.

"As part of the agreement, karROX will offer training on IBM's latest software technologies like Tivoli, Cognos, Websphere, Lotus Notes and IBM Software Testing in software and Infrastructure Management space. The training will be provided through the company's select IT education centres in India," Karrox Technologies Chief Executive Officer Jitendra Nair said.

KarROX will provide training on IBM's authorised curriculum and enable IBM's certification for students aspiring to build careers as software professionals and system engineers, he added.

The company has signed similar agreements with Oracle and CompTIA, the world's largest developer of vendor-neutral IT certification exams. karROX will train and develop Oracle workforce on all 9i technologies for the global requirement for Oracle certified professionals, while for CompTIA, the company will partner on certifications in PC hardware, networking, servers, Internet and e-business among others.
