On the cards are plans to increase the number of clinics to over 40 across the country in two years. At present, it has around 27 clinics in India besides 2 in Dubai. |
Ram Iyer, business manager of Kaya Skin Clinic, said, "We expect our turnover to cross Rs 20 crore over the next one year from around Rs 4 crore at present. The growth is largely driven by the unique skincare services that we offer by introducing the latest international innovations in skincare services and customising it to Indian consumers. At this juncture, we actually have no competition." The investment in setting up one clinic is in around Rs 1 crore. |
The company, specialising in cosmetic dermatology, has introduced several new skincare innovations in India including laser technology for hair removal, laser photo rejuvenation technology for anti-aging treatment, non-surgical facelift and treatment of facial lines with Botox among others. It advisory board comprises 65 dermatologists. |
Aparna Santhanam, head of Kaya Skin Advisory said, "We are in the process of introducing further new services like dark circle reduction, extended range of peels and several other anti-aging therapies.
