Kerala Travel Mart (KTM) will begin today at the Bolgatty Palace Hotel, Bolgatty Island, near here.
“The preparations for the event are complete and we expect this mart to be the most successful travel event,” said Riaz Ahmed, president, KTM.
The event will be inaugurated by the Chief Justice of Kerala High Court, Justice Jasti Chelameswar. The business sessions of the mart will begin on September 24 with speed networking, which would be a structured networking opportunity to bring maximum number of introductions for both buyers and sellers.
There will be three seminars and the first seminar to be held on September 25 is on 'Buyers perspective of Kerala.’ The second seminar is on sustainable tourism. There will be an exposition on Muziries’ heritage on September 26.
