Mehsana-based Keshav Holiday Resort is in the process of setting up a three-star hotel at an investment of Rs 30 crore near the Science City. |
The proposed hotel will have 27 rooms, two luxury suites, 24 cottage rooms, four deluxe cottage rooms and 14 air-conditioned tents. |
"The group is also working on a convention centre, entertainment complex and a hotel management institute besides health, education and holiday resorts," said Dilip Chaudhary, managing director of Keshav Holiday Resort, while addressing a press briefing in Ahmedabad on Monday. |
Chaudhary said: "There is scope for outsourcing, but we haven't taken any decision. The group is growing at a rate of 20 per cent per annum." "We are going to launch a naturopathy centre by the end of this year," said Raj K Batra, vice-president, Shanku's group. |
The Rs 100 crore Shanku's group, with interests in entertainment, hospitality and education at Mehsana, has announced plans to enter into catering services. |
"Catering is not a new business for us as we are already providing such services for various weddings, parties, corporate functions being held at our resort at Mehsana. We have decided to extend the service and launch a full-fledged catering services in view of our recent success in handling the catering assignments for almost 5,000 national and international delegates during the 92nd Indian Science Congress held at Nirma University," said Dilip Chaudhary, managing director, Keshav Holiday Resort. |
