Kewal Kiran Clothing, a textile player, has said that the company's board will consider interim dividend in the upcoming board meeting on 20 October.
If this comes through, it would mark the third occasion this year when the company has paid dividend to its share holders. In the current calendar year, the apparel and accessories company already has declared dividend of Rs 6 in April and Rs 4 in August.
On the Bombay Stock Exchange, shares of the company were trading firm at Rs 804.95, up 2.51% at IST 1457 on Monday.
