Kilburn Engg, HDIL sign Rs 124cr land deal

Kilburn Engineering has signed a memorandum of association with Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL) to transfer the company's property at Bhandup, Mumbai for Rs 124 crore.

The company has already shifted part of its operations to a nearby location and expects to finalise another site very shortly for relocation of its other manufacturing operations.
