Component manufacturer Kinetic Engineering today said its board of directors has appointed Ajinkya A Firodia as the Managing Director of the company who will assume the office on April 20.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange Kinetic Engineering said Firodia would replace M K Khera, the present Managing Director, who ceases to be a director of the company with effect from the same date.
Further, the board also took a note of the commencement of supply of various gears by Kinetic to Tata Motors, for its new revolutionary car-- the Tata Nano.
Kinetic has specifically set up the new facility for Nano transmission gears, as a part of its mother manufacturing plant at Ahmednagar, near Pune.
ICICI withdraws Nachiappan's nomination from India Cements bd
India Cements today said ICICI Bank has withdrawn the nomination of V Nachiappan from the board of the company.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange India Cements said withdrawal of the nomination of Nachiappan from the board of the company has come into effect from March 18.
