Aujas Networks, a digital security service provider has announced the joining of Kiran Karnik and N Balasubramaniam as the Directors on the Board of the company.
Karnik, the former president of Nasscom, would serve as a non-executive chairman on the board of Aujas. N Balasubramanian, an academic and a visiting professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B), is joining Aujas Networks as an independent director.

The other members on the board of Aujas Networks are M S Rao, Sudhir Sethi, founder, Chairman & Managing Director, IDG Ventures and T C Meenakshisundaram, founder, Managing Director, IDG Ventures.
