Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers has invested Rs 600 crore for the its new project ‘Life Republic ‘for the first phase. The township is being developed under the special Township policy of the Government of Maharashtra.
The first phase of 'Life Republic' will consist of an overall development and construction of about 2.5 million square feet consisting of 1,2,3 and 4 BHK apartments and 3,4 and 5 bedroom villas along with a school, a healthcare facility, retail, facilities for art, culture and sports are amongst other lifestyle facilities. Commenting on this, Rajesh Patil, CMD, Kolte - Patil Developers Limited said, " Being the latest entrant in the township segment in the city, we are attempting to be better on all fronts bringing 'inclusive lifestyle experience for Life Republic's denizen'. Home buyers can surely look forward to better design, better infrastructure; better amenities, facilities and better development. Our team has really tried hard to refine each and every aspect of an integrated township development to offer best in class community living."
The size of the apartments at 'Life Republic' ranges between 600 - 3000 square feet, whereas the sizes of villas would be in the range of 2500 - 5000 square feet.
Thus 'Life Republic' has a home to suit needs and budgets of everyone with homes in the range of Rs 25 lakh to Rs 5 crore. The possession of the villas and apartments in this phase shall start from 2014. ICICI Ventures is investing around Rs 300 crore in this project.
