Chinese consumer electronics major Konka is negotiating with one of its own distributors, the Ahmedabad-based Suyog Sales Marketing, for a possible sale of stake in its marketing subsidiary in India, Konka Electronics Marketing India Ltd.
Sources close to the negotiations said that the talks are at an advanced stage and the Ahmedabad-based distributor will soon take charge of the television and white goods manufacturer
